I have a new door that had started making a very loud annoying noise. Nicolas Rhodes was the technician who came to evaluate what was causing the noise. He explained to me what was causing the issue and what preventative measures I could use in the future. He took care of the root problem. I appreciate his professionalism.

Fast response to service call. Did not appericate the blind three man service call. Hence the extra charges for two laborers plus the actual one who came to fix it. When I questioned the bill he said all there normal teams were out so they sent three people just in case with the lesser experience. WOW that is not how to win business by overcharging for an extra person your company slid into extra charges. Yes they arrive fast but they bring more people than needed then they charge you for those people.

I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. I was skeptical at first as the call was handled by a corporate call center. Amazingly I got an appointment for the next morning. Antonio and Jonathan called ahead and was right on time! After looking over what I had I was shown three options. I didn’t want to change doors as mines was ok so they gave me a rebuild estimate on the door and everything else was installed new. They went to work and soon I was as good as new and all less than 24 hours! I highly recommend Precision Doors! That is the best and quickest service by the most professional and courteous people I’ve encountered in a long time!

Service was good but because of a bad design on outside key pad I had to pay $49.95 service call and $89.95 for new designed key pad. Since precision installed a bad designed I should have been given a break on the $49.95 service call.

Your prices are very expensive for the amount of time that was spent at the job. Only labor , with no new parts used. Repair guy was there less than 30 minutes and it cost $339.00 for labor, Really? Glad to see someone is making a killing but it wont be off me again. The most expensive car dealers don't charge a 1/3 of that for labor. And this was without any warranty. Will not recommend to anyone I know !

There was an electrical storm a couple of weeks ago that damaged one garage door and messed up the safety eyes on the other door. The Precision repairman came out, assessed the situation, explained the alternatives and the costs associated with each, and replaced one motor, re-built that door, and replaced the safety sensors on the other door all in about 2 1/2 hours. He was courteous, efficient, and did a good job. I would recommend this company to anyone with a garage door issue. You will be very satisfied with the service.

Advertising and website is excellent. Services described are accurate. Video convinced me that the technicians are prepared when they arrive. Replaced both broken springs and cables. Garrett, the technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and fast. He made several adjustments to improve the function of the door. All good - highly recommend.
