Was told on phone could do an insulation kit on garage door but would need to send a technician out to give quote, tried to sell me new doors, said I just wanted the quote for the insulation kit, he then told me the kit was not available, wasted my whole day waiting on appointment

After listening to my concerns, he immediately identified the concerns and potential problems, which creates serious safety hazards involving the door.
