I contacted Precision because I called another company and left a message yesterday and they never called back. I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone when I called and because I work all week…..I was especially glad that they were coming on Saturday to service my garage door opener. I was also impressed that I was sent a text message with the technician’s picture and background information. Antonio Gilchrist was my technician and he was absolutely a joy to meet. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Precision garage door service and if all their employees are half as good as Antonio then you have a successful business. I want to add that I was never asked to be sure and do a review and give high marks like most employees do. If I receive good service I will go out of my way to write a good review because customer service is important to me and very few companies these days have good employees that provide the customer service that I received from Precision. I am very happy that the other company did not call back which means I would not have received the prompt and professional service that I received today. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give thanks to a company and young man that truly deserve compliments and 5 star rating. My next project is gutter installation and I found out from Antonio that Precision has a division that installs gutters. I will feel good about calling on them when I am ready to install gutters!!

You make taking care of our garage door a pleasure. From the quick response to a service call to the text with the info about the service tech coming to your home, Precision is all about customer service! Dylon and his trainee were friendly yet professional. Dylon did our major work a few years ago and remembered everything that was done before. He knew right away what to adjust. Turned out to be a small issue. If you have a garage door. Precision needs to be in your list of contacts if/when you need repairs or a new door! You will be happy with the results.

Antonio came because of a service call i made. My working parts were all replaced less than a year ago. Garage door was making a loud popping noise when raised. Of course it did not make that noise while he was here. He replaced my remote battery as well. Two superb guys on your staff!
