Dylon and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. (I was able to track their journey to my house, which was helpful.) They listened to my problem (my car ‘button’ was wishy washy when it came to opening my garage door...). After trying the openers (remote and on the wall) they determined that the problem was with my car opener, not the opener itself. The good news: both hand held remotes work all the time, so I’ll keep one in my car until I can have my dealership look into the problem…and hopefully correct with an update! They were professional, personable, and precise! Lon and Matt!

We chose Precision doors for the quality. We have not been disappointed. We chose the highest level of insulation because our walls are 6" thick and we didn't want to lose any air conditioning through the doors. They have now weathered a hurricane and a few storms and have proven to be efficient as evidenced by our power bill.

They responded to call for garage door gasket same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and very professional. No work was completed because it will take 5 months to obtain a gasket for the garage door. Estimates were provided for future service and other products. I was not charged a service call fee, because they could not provide the service.

Door was jammed and would not open nor shut. Repair was success. Technician was knowledgeable. Door had never operated correctly from outset. Installed appx. 10mos. prior. I called some 6mos. ago for service , but was ignored. Had it been repaired then problem may not have occurred.
