Our garage door's motor had issues so we called Precision for help. Katrina set up an appointment for the same afternoon and the technicians, Alex and Zamir, came out for service. After assessing the issue and discussing our options, we decided to replace the faulty unit. The installation took about an hour and we now have and much-needed and upgraded unit. Alex and Zamir could not have been more friendly or professional. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Advertised that they could fix our garage door problem. The service technician did that. So no false advertising there. Also, the price was very competitive to other door garage door openers.
