The spring on one of my two garage doors broke, and I quickly found Precision's website. The first thing that I looked for was a BBB rating, and they have a great one. I loved the ease of online scheduling, and was able to immediately book an appointment for the next day. I'm sure that if it had been more urgent, I could have called and gotten same day service. An opening became available several hours before my scheduled time, and Lawrence arrived to solve my problem. I really appreciated the automatic text from the office with a photo of who would be providing the service! After inspecting the door with the broken spring, Lawrence also checked out my second door for any issues. After discovering that the company who performed a spring replacement on that door 3 years ago did a terrible job, and that several components on both 18 year old doors were way overdue for replacement, he performed a major overhaul on both doors in only a couple of hours. While it was a significantly more expensive visit than I had hoped for, I will not have to worry about the doors for a very long time. Lawrence was perfectly delightful, explaining everything carefully, providing several options & estimates, and doing an absolutely top-notch job. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to friends in need of garage door help!

The good: Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very good at what he was doing. The bad: The labor time was about 1.5 hours. He was there a little longer, but some of the time was spent on the phone helping another technician and he the had to wait around for my cc payment to clear. The bill was over $800. I don't see that I ever got an invoice as promised. Since I did not get an estimated until the technician arrived, I felt obligated. I don't know what your labor rate is, but its apparently in the $250-$300 per hour range, which I find is way too high.

We had a lightning strike at our home causing unthinkable damage. I called two different companies and left messages for someone to please call me back. The third call was to Precision, and they answered the phone on the second ring. I made an appointment for an inspection the next day. Joe came out and looked over the two garage doors and offered several options. He sat down with my wife and I so that we could make the best decision; and then, Joe went to his truck and immediately installed exactly what we asked for from Precision. A few days later, Joe stopped by to install one small part that was not critical but needed to be done. He reset my garage door for the tailgate on my car and helped program my daughter's visor to open and close the new doors. You get what you pay for and the quality of service and product from Precision Garage Door is 5/5

Awesome service! I called on a Saturday morning (others were closed for the weekend) and the technician came within a few hours. He was a nice young man who fixed me right up. I bought a new remote and he fixed the old one so now I have a backup! If I need a new garage door opener (mine is probably 25 yrs old) I will definitely call them. The technician gave me a quote that was certainly affordable and of course better than the one I have. I had him put a sticker by my wall opener so I can easily call them.
