Had a new Precision controller installed. It works very well and has a lot of features that our old Chamberlain Whisper Quiet controller. Shaun, our service Representative, was prompt courteous and efficient. He arrived a couple of hours after we called and had it installed in an hour and a half.

I was very impressed with the service call as it was timely,efficient and done by Shaun in a professional manner. I always talk to the technician on any service call I get about the company they work for because that tells you more about a company than anything else will.
