Had a new Precision controller installed. It works very well and has a lot of features that our old Chamberlain Whisper Quiet controller. Shaun, our service Representative, was prompt courteous and efficient. He arrived a couple of hours after we called and had it installed in an hour and a half.

I was very impressed with the service call as it was timely,efficient and done by Shaun in a professional manner. The replacement of my broken garage door opener was performed in a professional and timely manner. The technician was thorough and explained everything. The opener performs as expected and really is quiet. My only complaint is the price. Considering the price of comparable openers, the installation cost is somewhere around $250. Pretty steep for 1 1/2 hours of work.
