My Garage Door wasn’t working! Mr Antonio Gilchrist was the technician that came to my appointment ! Mr Antonio was really helpful, patient and knowledgeable ???? . He came on time and did his best to fix my Garage Door ???? Mr Antonio explained everything in details and gave me many options to fix my Garage Door! Use precision once before and I appreciate the explanation on what needed to be done and why at that time on a 20 year old garage door. Door sensors were replaced this time. They were part of the bigger repair the first time I just hope they last a little longer this time. Both times I like the way the techs went about their business. Will use them again but hopefully won’t need them. Thanks for your service

Broken spring. Jonathan called and asked to come 3 hrs early than the scheduled time which was great! Very nice young man. Went right to work, explained what he was doing, and didn’t mind me watching as he worked, and learning a few things things about my system. Siliconed all moving parts, looked inside housing to inspect the internal cog wheel on my asking to confirm all good. You have a great person working for you that is capable of running the place someday soon!! Thxs for quick response to my need. Maria on scheduling was very good and thorough , also!
