The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.

Precision was my go to service for garage door repairs in the past so it was easy to use again. Worked me in earlier than the appointment time originally scheduled. The Techs were very professional and explained the repairs.
