I picked your company because it was the first one that answered the phone on Friday night. Also a very pleasant and courteous young lady answered all my questions and set me up an appointment. The young man that came out today was the absolute best! He was on time, polite, knowledgeable and got the job done. His name was Sam Blocker and I think I might break the other door just to get him to come back!

I used your company when I had an electrical surge after seeing an advertisement. I was pleased with the quality of work you did and the professionalism of your employee. You are a company that shows care for your customers. The technician that can out today show the same courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend your company to family and friends

It has been a most pleasant interaction with your company. Tommy Mitchell was assigned to repair my electric gate opener. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and found the problem right away. Once the diagnosis and technology support were completed, he explained everything to me as to what happened. This young man is definitely an asset to your company. And I would recommend you to anyone who has a problem that falls into your realm. I have to wait for parts to come in to complete my gate repair. And I will definitely look forward to this young man completing the job.

Precision Door was recommended by Overhead Door which now does only commercial installations. I was impressed by the effectiveness, knowledge, and efficiency of the technician who evaluated our old system, and who provided an estimate for rejuvenation of the four-decade-old system. He returned the next day and in 2 hours replaced the motor, spring, rollers, etc. He gave me instructions on use and maintenance of the new hardware. I was amazed at how quiet the new system was, and how easily the garage door was raised and lowered. I should have done all of this months ago!!

Your people (Mathew & Antonio) exceeded my expectations. These two young men with Immanual taught me stuff I never new , as I have had this garage door over 20 years. These two men represented you so well you should consider giving them a Christmas bonus. My confidence is high due to their quick response and know how.

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our garage door repair. Bill, our repairman was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. Most of all as the name of the company, he made sure anything he did was precise to the inch. My family enjoyed our repairman and will be using the company again for any additional services. Especially with repairmen like Bill.

I am a retired Marine, and I work as a human resource manager for a fortune 500 company for 8 years, after I retired. Antonio came out to repair our garage door which would not open. He analyzed the situation and gave us a quote for repair. He is a very professional individual, and very knowledgeable. His customer service skills are top notch. I would not hesitate to ask for him by name. Thank you Precision Door Service of Mobile - Gulfport.
