My garage door would not operate properly so I called Precision Door. They had installed the door. Precision sent Antonio to fix my problem. He was very friendly, very professional , and knew exactly what was needed. The situation was very pleasant thanks to Antonio’s attitude! My first impression Sunday, a very professional lady who knew my home past door experience set repair appointment for Monday . Mr. Bill Johnston, repair tech arrived on time, started repair immediately. He had spring needed in truck. He replaced professionally, politely and quickly. He advised me of some previous damage on door and gave estimates for total door replacement. We have used the company before. I called in today about 11:30 and received a same day appointment. My appointment was scheduled for the hours from 4pm to 6 pm. Jonathan the technician was early which was a pleasant surprise to me since the appointment was just made today. He resolved the problem in a short period of time and we can open and close our garage again.
