Quick courteous service. Chris showed up earlier than scheduled and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and corrected everything that was wrong with our garage door opener. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues we were having. He explained everything that he needed to do along with all of our repair options. Spent more than I wanted to but still feel like I got a good deal and this repair. I feel better regarding the safety of my family. Chris has a very positive attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. He has my highest recommendation as does Precision Door Service. Thanks Chris.

We used Precision Door in the past and they certainly earned our future business. This time, we had a new opener motor, wall button, car buttons, outside panel installed. Travis called in advance and arrived on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed perfectly. Travis took the time to explain how to operate the equipment and to call if we have any questions. The garage door is super quiet and operated better than new.

Trent and Travis were puntual and mannerly. They diagnosed my problem immediately and repaired it right away. I have experienced some poor service this week from other sources. It was nice to see what good service looked like. Good job. Landon Crigler Rental Total Service Owner

I am very tardy in sending this review. My repair service was on January 5th and 6th. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, proficient in his work. Extremely pleased with the work and the results. I will certainly know who to recommend for any garage door repair I may hear about. Thank you.

After we found Precision Doors listed in the phone book we checked out the company's excellent website and decided to call them in to repair our garage door which had a broken spring. The technician was very pleasant and he did an excellent job of the repair. We chose to do a complete overhaul of the door and its components and it is performing very smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending Precision Doors.

Tech was on time to re-adjust garage door tracks. Made several adjustments to make sure all was good-to-go. Didn't settle on just one or two. Finished when both he and I were satisfied with the result. I think I was more satisfied than he was which was a good thing. Courteous and professional.

I called for service at 7:45a the day after Christmas for my garage door that would not open. The call was answered by a human, no robots, and I was setup for an appointment by 8:45a. I called 2 times prior to requesting a service call to make sure I understood the charge for a service call. I was told twice $49. And change if no parts are needed. I knew it was a simple fix but did not want my 89 year old dad to fool with it. Michael took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the lose wire and charged me $130. Not sure what the disconnect but not fair

The repair was done quickly and professionally; from scheduling the service call, to explaining the issue, and through the payment process. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for reliable and professional garage door service. I noticed my garage door acting and sounding "weird" over the weekend. I'm glad I didn't wait too long before calling for a repair, as more damage could have been done. The repair techs were professional and courteous, on time and finished before their quoted finish time. I'm very impressed.

We required some serious maintenance to our Lift Master garage door opener. Precision gave us a rapid one day response. Technician was professional, courteous and efficient. We received several choices of repair and pricing with each choice detailed. The garage door assembly was completely overhauled in a timely manner. Works perfectly.
