Work was done fast, area was clean when he left. Was very professional in all action. Problem: the emergence stop lights will not stay in place have to adjust every other time you try to close garage door.

I was in panic mode when I contacted Precision on their website Monday evening a little after 8p.m. My garage door had come off its track, was stuck, and I was scheduled to leave town the next morning at 10! We used Precision Door in the past and they certainly earned our future business. This time, we had a new opener motor, wall button, car buttons, outside panel installed. Travis called in advance and arrived on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed perfectly. Travis took the time to explain how to operate the equipment and to call if we have any questions. The garage door is super quiet and operated better than new.
