Cable broke on 30 year old garage door damaging the ceiling supports. Scott Stuckey responded same day as my call. Thoroughly evaluated the situation and gave me several options to correct the door failure including repair and different levels of equipment replacement. Chose to replace two doors with PDS 200 (semi-insulated) doors and PDS 800 door openers. Ordering, installation, and completion schedule meet my time frame occurring within two weeks. Kinsman and Trent were the installers. They were skilled and timely in their work, pleasant to be around, very helpful in pointing out the attributes of their equipment, explained how to program the remotes and left a very clean work site once done. Very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of each of PDS employees in getting the job done. Highly recommend!!!

He did a inspection and advised on what will need replacing in the future, was not pushy but professional. We decided on repair and price. Short time later and repair was completed. Fast, quality service. My wife found the company through an online search. We've been in our house less than a month. One of the springs on our door broke around 5PM, so it wouldn't open. It was fully repaired and functional before lunch the next day. In fact, the other components of the opening function were in such a bad state, I had them replace everything (both springs, rollers, cables, rod). The door now opens smoothly (it used to shake and shudder when opening) and it's much quieter than before!! The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, through the course of talking with them, they learned I'm a Veteran and they gave me the Veteran discount without my asking for it. I didn't even know they offered one. That's integrity, and it's greatly appreciated!! I definitely recommend this company! I put their contact information in my phone just in case I need their services again in the future.

Very good and quick service. Called at 9am and they were at my house by 11:15am. It was a bit pricey. The technician was at my house for about 20 min with no parts needed and very little labor and it was $174.

Precision Door was recommended to me by Mr David Lowery. I am really please with the quality of your employees. When Kinsman came to give me an estimate I was really impressed. I asked for a week to decide and called the next day. When Ross called to let me know that the estimate was incorrect I was impressed again. Having only seen pictures of my doors I was Leary of the quality but you came through. Your company is the one and only I have used in reguards to feeling safe with being able to run errands and leaving them to watch my house like I do. Thank you for living proof of you promise.

The entire process from the initial visit, repair proposals and installation was very professional. Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I am very pleased with Precision, thank goodness they advertise. That is how I found them to be servicing Mobile area.

I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.
