Scheduled same-day appointment. Jonathan was very cordial and professional- he arrived earlier than expected and identified himself properly. He discussed every option available without pressuring my decision (although he advised me of personal liability). His work was efficient and thorough. Just a little shocked about the sticker price, but overall I can't complain.

Actually nothing was wrong that was not fixed in about two seconds. Dylan was most helpful and if that cord comes down again hopefully I can fix it myself. Yes, I will use Precision Door Services again. Service could not have been more prompt.

Kirby did a wonderful job today! He contacted me to see if I was available for an earlier appointment and I was! He was able to quickly fix the problem and do the recommended maintenance while he was here.
