The Precision Door technician was prompt, efficient, courteous, and capable. He installed new openers and new works for my two wooden garage doors. They now work so much more quietly and easily with new outside key pads as well as inside key pads and portable openers. The technician spent a lot of time explaining my new system to me. I am so pleased with his work!

Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The best thing I like about this company is that the window of service is short-2 hours. Even with a two hour window they 3/3 times we have used them they have arrived right on time.

Dillon Hunt did a great job answering my questions during the initial consultation. Dylon Byrd was mentoring Dillon but I did not know until later in the initial consultation. Really demonstrates the level of training your team goes through. Michael and Alex did a great job! They were professional and even though they had to come through the house they wiped their feet before entering. They cleaned up after the job and even wiped down some of the areas on the outside of the new door that were a little dirty. They also used a blower to clean off the driveway. Very professional!
Thank you for taking the time to write a wonderful review Mr. Tanner! Sounds like our team is headed in the right direction. We hope you will continue to use Precision in the future!

I was extremely pleased with the prompt and courteous service provided. I had a spring break in a 10 year old system which we replaced with a superior mechanism -- resulting in smoother and quieter operations. The technicians were very professional and explained the various options available. I'd highly recommend Precision for your garage door issues. Thanks, again, for the great service.
