Outstanding one day service. We had another company tell us it would be six weeks to even get the door. One call to Precision and they had the door in that day. Will be our go to from now on. Thanks guys!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service based on previous events in repairing my garage door. They have always done a good job. They were very knowledgeable and repaired/replaced components as needed, and provided maintenance tips to help keep good performance of the door. The serviced performed today was an attempt to stop the door from sticking. It is stuck in the up position. The technician, Shaun Byrd, evaluated the problem. It was determined it would be more beneficial to replace the motor system and the door. The motor is about 10-12 years old and the door was installed in 1986. I agreed with his assessment. He then very patiently showed me the options for my new garage door and explained everything about the process. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Our technician, Tommy, actually arrived early and called ahead to get an OK. Upon arrival he explained in detail why he was there and what our options were along with the costs. We chose to go ahead with the annual inspection and lubrication of the springs and anything else needing the same treatment. He was very thorough as he progressed through the inspection and both explained the what and why of his actions along with answering any questions we had. He did a very professional job for a reasonable price.

Our cars were trapped in a garage that wouldn't open due to a broken spring. The Mobile office sent a technician quickly the next day. Scott texted and called that he was on his way. He was very respectful and gave us various options to repair the garage door. He repaired everything quickly, and we are so happy with the service we received.

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.

We are a previous customer and we needed our garage door repaired. Mr. Alex Martinez called and said he could come earlier before our scheduled time if that was O.K. with us. He came and went to work immediately and fixed our problem. We are very happy customers of Precision Door Service and we will highly recommend the company and the employees. Alex did a great job and was a very personable young man. Congratulations on a great company and employee, Alex Martinez.

Great service from Scott - he made you look better because of the inconsistent scheduling. I received an E-Mail scheduling from 12-2 pm and set my day up according to that schedule. Scott‘s schedule showed from 10-12. Looks like one hand didn’t check with the other. Any way Scott showed up early and we were able to work it out this time. Great guy, great service.
