We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.

We had a really awesome experience with Precision. They were recommended by several friends in the Mobile area. Our Fix It man Chris was great.
