He checks & rechecks all electrical & mechanical door operations until he is satisfied that the door is operating as designed by the manufacturer. Jonathan was very sharp and smart. He appeared to be very organized in how to install the garage door and very efficient in his actions. So on that I give him 5 stars. However, neither of them wore masks or gloves. Your website states that they do. Even the first technician that came out to quote only put on a mask after I asked him to. The other two did not wear them to take the door down. My husband and I are very high risk where the virus is concerned, so I would give all of them a 1 for lack of sensitivity . Alabama numbers, especially Mobile, are sky high and folks just "don't get it". Wearing masks, sanitizing what you touch, etc. We are happy with our door and very disappointed in no masks and sanitation.

We, of course, knew our enter system was old but we didn’t realize the extent of the dangers of old springs and in our case bad wiring also. He was very thorough and gave use all options. It wasn’t hard to make our decision to upgrade our enter system. Tommy was very informative and professional. He did an amazing job getting the job done in a timely manor. He was able to the job that day in a few hours. The warranty offered with our new package is unbeatable. We are so happy with the new setup and feel much more safe. The Precision Door technician was prompt, efficient, courteous, and capable. He installed new openers and new works for my two wooden garage doors. They now work so much more quietly and easily with new outside key pads as well as inside key pads and portable openers. The technician spent a lot of time explaining my new system to me.
