Our technician, Tommy, actually arrived early and called ahead to get an OK. Upon arrival he explained in detail why he was there and what our options were along with the costs. We chose to go ahead with the annual inspection and lubrication of the springs and anything else needing the same treatment. He was very thorough as he progressed through the inspection and both explained the what and why of his actions along with answering any questions we had. He did a very professional job for a reasonable price.

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.

Great service from Scott - he made you look better because of the inconsistent scheduling. I received an E-Mail scheduling from 12-2 pm and set my day up according to that schedule. Scott‘s schedule showed from 10-12. Looks like one hand didn’t check with the other. Any way Scott showed up early and we were able to work it out this time. Great guy, great service.
