Precision more than met my expectations. You arrived a day earlier than I expected, explained my problem to me provided the temporary repair we needed and arranged for a permanent repair after a replacement garage door is available. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and polite/patient not to mention empathetic after I explained the bad day I had been having. He was a terrific young man.

Our garage door came off track (not installed by PDS) & trapped my wife’s vehicle in the garage. I placed a service call to PDS at 8:00a.m. At 2:p.m. Cameron Fontenot showed up to repair. At 3:00p.m. the door was repaired. Cameron was courteous, knowledgeable , professional & efficient! I highly recommend Precision Door Service

Our volunteer fire department has been utilizing the professional services of Precision Door Service for several years. The individuals that set appointments are always cheerful and eager to schedule a technician to address our needs. The usual technician, "Travis", is the best! Travis is friendly, easy going, and a true craftsman. His professional attitude is focused on resolving the door problem at hand. He checks & rechecks all electrical & mechanical door operations until he is satisfied that the door is operating as designed by the manufacturer. Our fife department is completely satisfied with PDS, and we highly recommend PDS!

Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem. We also wanted nylon rollers installed. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and now we're like new again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

Jonathan was very sharp and smart. He appeared to be very organized in how to install the garage door and very efficient in his actions. So on that I give him 5 stars. However, neither of them wore masks or gloves. Your website states that they do. Even the first technician that came out to quote only put on a mask after I asked him to. The other two did not wear them to take the door down. My husband and I are very high risk where the virus is concerned, so I would give all of them a 1 for lack of sensitivity . Alabama numbers, especially Mobile, are sky high and folks just "don't get it". Wearing masks, sanitizing what you touch, etc. We are happy with our door and very disappointed in no masks and sanitation.

We recently had Tommy out to our home to diagnose an issue with one of our openers. We, of course, knew our enter system was old but we didn’t realize the extent of the dangers of old springs and in our case bad wiring also. He was very thorough and gave use all options. It wasn’t hard to make our decision to upgrade our enter system. Tommy was very informative and professional. He did an amazing job getting the job done in a timely manor. He was able to the job that day in a few hours. The warranty offered with our new package is unbeatable. We are so happy with the new setup and feel much more safe. Thanks for the excellent job done!

The Precision Door technician was prompt, efficient, courteous, and capable. He installed new openers and new works for my two wooden garage doors. They now work so much more quietly and easily with new outside key pads as well as inside key pads and portable openers. The technician spent a lot of time explaining my new system to me.
