Jonathan was very sharp and smart. He appeared to be very organized in how to install the garage door and very efficient in his actions. So on that I give him 5 stars. However, neither of them wore masks or gloves. Your website states that they do. Even the first technician that came out to quote only put on a mask after I asked him to. The other two did not wear them to take the door down. My husband and I are very high risk where the virus is concerned, so I would give all of them a 1 for lack of sensitivity . Alabama numbers, especially Mobile, are sky high and folks just "don't get it". Wearing masks, sanitizing what you touch, etc. We are happy with our door and very disappointed in no masks and sanitation.

We recently had Tommy out to our home to diagnose an issue with one of our openers. We, of course, knew our enter system was old but we didn’t realize the extent of the dangers of old springs and in our case bad wiring also. He was very thorough and gave use all options. It wasn’t hard to make our decision to upgrade our enter system. Tommy was very informative and professional. He did an amazing job getting the job done in a timely manor. He was able to the job that day in a few hours. The warranty offered with our new package is unbeatable. We are so happy with the new setup and feel much more safe. Thanks for the excellent job done!

Excellent Service. Service Technician CAMERON FONTENOT was very courteous, professional and pinpointed the problem with my Garage door, explained everything to me and what I needed to get done, and had my Garage door operating like new.within an hour or so. Price was very reasonable and affordable. I will be calling PRECISION DOOR for any Garage Door Repairs and Service Maintenance that i may need in the future and would definitely recommend.

The Precision Door technician was prompt, efficient, courteous, and capable. He installed new openers and new works for my two wooden garage doors. They now work so much more quietly and easily with new outside key pads as well as inside key pads and portable openers. The technician spent a lot of time explaining my new system to me. I am so pleased with his work!

Dillon Hunt did a great job answering my questions during the initial consultation. Dylon Byrd was mentoring Dillon but I did not know until later in the initial consultation. Really demonstrates the level of training your team goes through. Michael and Alex did a great job! They were professional and even though they had to come through the house they wiped their feet before entering. They cleaned up after the job and even wiped down some of the areas on the outside of the new door that were a little dirty. They also used a blower to clean off the driveway. Very professional!

Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem. We also wanted nylon rollers installed. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and now we're like new again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.
