I was very pleased with the service that I received from Precision. I needed my garage door repaired immediately and I called Monday Morning, Aug. 8th and was given an appointment that afternoon. The men came and were very professional and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I would definitely recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. The cost was very reasonable and they give a Senior Citizen discount, which is great.

All information given while scheduleing the visit for repair was followed precisely. I received a phone call from the Service Technician with in 15 minutes of my original phone call to inform me of eta to my home for repair. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and informative. All information was presented in a very professional and easy to understand format. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Technicians walked me through all the steps needed to program the key pad and reprogramming of our vehilce access pads. Would definitely recommend the service to others for any repairs, replacement or service needed for garage doors on their homes.

I was coming in to work in the morning with "Overhead door repair" on the top of my "To Do" list for that day; when I saw one of your trucks in the traffic ahead of me. I called your office and set up a service call for the next day (Friday, January 29, 2016). The technician was Kinsman. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was on time, gave me several options for my door repair, and did the repair I chose in an efficient, timely manner. I was able to pay on site with my corporate credit card, eliminating billing, etc. I am very, very pleased, and will most definately recommend your business to my friends and business acquaintances. I looked up garage door repair and you were the 1st ones to come up and it said 24/7 I called at around 6:30 on Saturday evening and 2 techs showed up after 8pm when I called they said between 8-10pm which was great. They informed me of everything and the cost the 2 guys that came out where very friendly and did a great job thanks
