He should be commended for a job well (perfectly) done. As I have no Idea what he makes, I would certainly recommend him for a pay raise. You should be proud you have him representing your company.

We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional.
