great install team....the$250 was a surprise and not a nice waytostart the install...you sent a tech out to measure about a month ago...if he found that the opening was off he could have notified me or my builder and the framer would have made adjustments...you should fix this for your future customers...I'll spit it withyou...pls send a check for$125!!!

I had to leave my wife to deal with the repair. When I came home I find that they have sold her two new complete door systems. Everything but new doors them self . A repair that should have been way less then $1000. ends up being almost $2000.00 I would think that if you really care about new and old business you wouldn't have made this big of up sale with just a women there. Will you to deal with this in your own way.

WOW! Knock your socks off SERVICE. The first time I used this company it was based on their TV commercial. They did such a good job when I needed service again I would not use anyone else. After a number of garage door issues, I contacted Precision about a quote for door replacement. Tommy Mitchell and his assistant Elisha responded. I explained my situation and let them know I had had service from precision in Pensacola to replace a spring then to adjust the door when a cable came off. I further explained that I would prefer to repair me current door rather than buy a new one. Tommy surveyed the door and determined that the springs were incorrect. He corrected several errors by replacing the springs and readjusted the door overall. The door works better now than it has in a very long time. All this was done at no cost to me because of previous mistakes in repair. Tommy Mitchell was absolutely courteous and professional. Elisha was also a fine young man. My thanks to both for there assistance and kindness. Looks as if I will not need a new door right now, but when I do, I will certainly purchase it from Precesion Door in Mobile. Thank you.

Scott, who installed my new garage door opener, was polite, hard-working, & efficient, but I wonder why you sent him without the means to give me a receipt and warranty for the product. Premier does workers and customers a disservice. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten a receipt or warranty. Your system needs a customer-friendly make-over. Scott was great!

Travis got my garage door back in service within 30 minutes of arrival and provided me with two options for repair and explained what he was doing during the repair. Prior to and post Travis visit the mobile call ahead, text from company with operator picture, and electronic email of invoice after are all signs of a top notch company to do business with. Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

Jonathan was here right on time and did a great job giving me my options of what we needed to do to fix my door. After I decided what I wanted Jonathan went to work and now I have a almost new door.
