We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional. They promptly took care of everything. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The office was very prompt in setting up the appointment too.

Our garage door would not open, therefore needing repair. We were very impressed to find a company offering 24/7 repair service especially on a holiday. Chris was on time, knowledgeable and replaced the broken tortion spring along with checking all other parts of the garage door operation. He answered all our questions. We are very pleased with Precision.

Ross arrived even earlier than his appointment and on a Saturday morning! There was no extra charge for a weekend visit either! His fix was quick and my bill was just the service charge of $49.95. Highly recommend!!!!

Chris, the technician, was great. Gave me different options to fix my door. Replaced the springs and rollers and installed a new motor security bracket and keypad. Explained everything. Travis, the first technician that came out was so courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem and gave us the estimate, which we thought was quite fair.
