Bobby called and told me he was running a little late, but said he would be here between and 8:45 and 9am which he was and that was in the middle of the window that had been given to me of 8-10. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took heim about 15 or 20 minutes and the problem was solve. He also explained a noise that I hear every once in a while and told me not to worry. Good work and very nice.

I was searching for a garage repair service online and came across Precision (and a couple of others). I chose Precision because of their availability of same day service and reasonable price quoted. Edward was my service tech, and I liked the professional communication via text and email. A picture of the technician came with the notification that he was on the way, which was great to be able to put a face with the person coming to your home. Edward answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend him and this company!

The replacement of my broken garage door opener was performed in a professional and timely manner. The technician was thorough and explained everything. The opener performs as expected and really is quiet. My only complaint is the price. Considering the price of comparable openers, the installation cost is somewhere around $250. Pretty steep for 1 1/2 hours of work.

The service I received was outstanding. After explaining the situation on the phone to the Representative acknowledged her understanding and stated she would do everything in her power to get a technician to my home that day. Later, Emanuel Striveson arrived. He already understood the problem from the description that was forwarded. Emanuel provided a deliberate, knowledgeable, and professional evaluation with multiple solutions. Emanuel resolved the issue in a very timely fashion. I cannot speak highly enough of the phone Representative (whose name I wish I had written down) and Emanuel in their delivery of superb service.

This is actually a combination of two reviews. I first came into contact with Chris Brown on 07-06-2018 at which time he replaced a broken spring, along with a few other hardware replacements on my garage door. The repair worked perfectly. Then yesterday, 08-13-2018, I noticed that the garage door was not opening completely. I immediately contacted Precision Door Service and their response was to have Chris Brown return within a couple of hours. He arrived, once again, exactly as they had said he would. Upon arrival he immediately noticed that one of the brackets near the top of the door had come partially loose. He quickly reattached the bracket and the door now functions perfectly again. I must say that I am impressed by the quick response both times to my request for service. On both occasions, Chris was professional and informative. I am very satisfied with both the individual (Chris) and company response.

Once again Precision is the Best! Chris knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door. The door would not stay closed or close on demand. Although it was a simple fix Chris knew immediately. I also asked if he had a new weather strip/seal for the bottom of the door with him. He did and replaced the seal quickly. Chris is very polite and professional. This is his third visit and I was relieved to see him drive up.

MIxed review - the technician was great - the company and the interaction with my warranty company was a complete disaster. I will never allow this company to service any of my issues again. They reported an incorrect cause of failure to the warranty company which caused a denial, they then told me that they called the warranty company and resolved that situation and that the warranty company was going to pay them the claim $499 and they would reimburse me. I have wanted 6 weeks for this to be handled and on calling today Precision now claims they have no record of that situation (like I made up the call that I received) and the warranty company has closed the claim. Neither will do ANYTHING to make this right for me as a customer. Each says it's the others problem or my problem to deal with - amazing customer service.
