Chris was scheduled to come, and he called a asked if he could come early, which was great, then he got here and was super nice and informative, did the job quickly and flawlessly, then taught us how to use the keypad (he was VERY patient and helpful as I asked him to explain it to me several times.) We love our new QUIET garage door opener! Give Chris a big fat raise, he was WONDERFUL! Our cats liked him, too

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was great. Kirby explained everything and checked with me throughout the whole process. He worked so hard and stayed late to get the job done. He was concerned about the safety of the garage door, which to me is the most important area when dealing with garage door issues. We had a broken spring and the opener was on its last legs and very noisy. Emanuel arrived when scheduled, overhauled our garage door and installed a whisper quite opener, set up the remotes for both cars and the outdoor keypad in short order. Outstanding service and great value.

Replaced an existing opener that just needed a coupler but decided to upgrade. Chris did a great job on the install. Unit is quiet but it doesn't trip the light when door is open like I'm used to so that's a disappointment. Haven't had a belt drive before so I will be interested to see how it holds up. Everyone at the company were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks.

You were referred by a neighbor and owner of Highland Homes Group, Scott Shamburger. Your company installed a new garage door opener on March 27, 2017. Within two months the remotes and wall unit stopped working properly. This past weekend the opener stopped working properly and your technicians came out last Tuesday June 20th made some adjustments and the door worked fine until this morning. I just placed a call requesting another service call this morning Thursday June 22nd. The opener is not working at all now. Been pleased with the attitude of the techs you sent, appreciate the quick response. very dissatisfied with the product. $500 is a lot of money for a product especially one that does not work properly work properly or at all less than three months after installation

The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

Jonathan Reeves was awesome. He came the same day and checked my broken garage door, did the estimate and I decided to buy and install a new door. So happy I did it.
