From the moment the man who came to fix the garage door got out of his truck I felt we were in good hands. Quick as a flash, he pointed out things that had not been done properly. When I asked about replacing the whole thing to a new unit, he was quick and efficient to explain the new unit and what I wanted most was peace of mind and no more problems with the garage. He was very polite, courteous, cleaned up after himself. Explained all the features of the new unit. Mike and Van arrived as scheduled. They were both professional and polite. Although I had sticker shock at the prices quoted for the repair; I felt the gentleman were honest and very capable of doing the work correctly and in a short period of time. They arrived at 9am and were finished by 10:45am.

Great service! Came home from work on Wed to a not working Lift Master. Did all the trouble shooting exercises.... no luck. Made an appointment on-line at 10:00 pm Amazingly there was someone to chat with at that time of the night. Made an appointment for the next day and came home to a working opener on Thursday.

Troubleshooting proved difficult on our door opener which was likely damaged by lightning. But, the technician found the issue and solved the problem. I was treated honestly and fairly and will call Precision again should the need arise.

Five Star all the way! Scott was wonderful, and keeping to his other reviews of wanting to arrive early! Really, who ever hears of that? He was hardworking, explained several options to me, and fixed the problem with better skill than I had seen from others before (another company). The broken spring caused some damage to how it was hung, and he repaired all, including bolstering up the wall and making sure that it was "better than ever!" I loved it that my call was answered on a weekend, as I couldn't get my car out of the garage at all, and I was fine with the first morning appointment the next day. The operator was pleasant and apologized that she wasn't sure she could get me in Sunday afternoon! I told her I knew it was Father's Day and didn't want to mess up the techs holiday, I just wanted too know I was on sked with someone! She actually thanked me for being so considerate. (The other company didn't even call until the next morning, and I let them know a tech was already on his way..early! ) I would definitely recommend this company, and I will ask for Scott again, we are considering upgrading to a newer, quieter opener and he will be who we call! Thank you for a smooth process from start to finish!

Mike was awesome. Not only did he arrive when promised (after hours) but quickly found my problem. He had two struts on the truck, installed them, and now I have garage access again after three weeks of waiting on other providers. I am totally impressed with Precision!

I called precision at 5:45pm. The tech was at my front door in less than 30 minutes. Our tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions, but not overselling, and fixed our door in no time. OMG! What a difference. The whole concept of the spring system is astonishing. Less dangerous, and so efficient. Service was provided on the day that I contacted Precision -- and the service technician, Kinsman Knight, was polite, informative, and most helpful (we had to move a lot of junk around). What a pleasure! We are greatly satisfied.
