Jason was so very nice and cordial and explained exactly what he needed to do to repair my door. He used "precision" and skill to repair it to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about him! The contractor who built my home recommended your company (Thank goodness). I cannot get the star button to respond, but I would give ya'll a 5++.

Mr. Boes and Mr. Able came at the appointed time and installed new garage panels in a timely manner. While they were here, the operator motor malfunctioned and we were able to come to an amicable solution. They did an excellent job with installing the panels and the new operator motor.

5 star rating>>> I opted for a door "overhaul" which included 4 new springs, neoprene rollers and roller reinforcing brackets. The installation exceeded my expectations and the door now functions exceptionally better than before the overhaul. It is very quiet as compared to before the overhaul. I would highly recommend their service. Very professional.

Bobby installed 2 new beautiful garage doors for us about 2 months ago. I have had many compliments on the doors and they look fabulous and operate very smoothly. Garage door spring and cables were broken. Could not get car out of garage. Called Precision and two techs were at my home within an hour. They worked for two hours and repaired everything. Great, prompt,courteous service. Five stars for this company.

Bob came the same day as our call. He did a full inspection and discovered the problem, one of the safety eyes was damaged. He had the parts on the truck and fixed it right on the spot. Great job - courteous and informative. Bobby Boes gave me the various repair/replace options. Went with replacement, due in fact to the lifetime warranty. Door is fantastic, the double door is so very very quiet and smooth operation. If and when the other door has a problem, will be calling Precision!

Very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise shown by the technicians replacing the center bearing and springs on our garage door. Once the center bearing and springs were replaced they lubricated and adjusted the rollers and the frame and made sure the door operated properly. Actually once they finished and operated the door one could tell a definite quietness of the operation of the door. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or serviced. We will definitely use them again.
