June 2nd was the original date of the estimate for my repairs. Two panels had to be ordered which I was told would be in the following week. Three weeks later and the job was able to be completed. I was given a service time from 10:00-noon for the tech to arrive. He called at 9:30a.m. and told me it would be 2:00p.m. before he could get here. 3:30 and still no serviceperson here, so I called and asked if he would still be coming , and he said yes. At 5:45 I got a call from another service person coming over from Florida. He arrived at 6:20p.m. The panels were put on and looking great. He told me I needed new rollers for the door as the bearings were shot. This wasn't in the original estimate, but I went ahead and had him put them on. The door looks wonderful, and runs smoothly and more quietly than before. Thank you Mike for a job well done. My complaint is that I had to call to keep tabs on when the job would be done, and when the date was finally set, it took all day long waiting for someone to get here to do the job. When Mike got here, the job was completed in less than an hour. I'd give Mike 5 stars; company contact and timeliness of repairs a 2 or 3.

Called on Friday around 7 pm and scheduled an appointment with Travis to be at our house Saturday morning around 9:30. Great repair service and Travis had a great personality. Explained everything that needed to be done then got right to work. Highly recommended.

Still waiting on part. Technician was out on Friday before Memorial day and said he had to order a part. As of Wed. I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said part had not come in yet. It is Saturday the 3rd and I haven't heard anything so I am in limbo. Hopefully it will be in next week. Very small part very large price. LOL

Hasn't finished job yet. Had to order part. ($179.00) seemed steep but I don't know. (darn lizard). when technician comes next week I hope my military and/or senior citizen discount will help.

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! After our good/better/best quote (which was so very helpful) we decided on the work and called to schedule Travis to come back to perform the work. He was on time and worked diligently to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this great experience. I am very pleased with the new garage door installed by Travis with Precision. My appointment time was between 2 & 4 p.m. Travis called at 2:19 to let me know he was less than 20 minutes away from my home. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Precision garage doors. I would highly recommend Precision!

Very happy with the job John performed. I considered doing it myself, and John gave me the information I would have needed by answering all my questions. Realizing that, even though door springs installation isn't brain surgery, Lacking the experience I could have done more damage than repairs. John was very thorough, cleaned up the workspace, and made his time there quite productive.

My garage door (installed in 1994) broke on February 12, 2014, and I called Precision Door Service. The original crew that came out had not measured correctly and the door did not fit. They went to Pensacola and got one the same day-- they (two men--Chris and ?) finished the job before dark. Had to call them back to do some minor repair a few days later. These past 2 1/2 months since the installation, the door has been making VERY loud noises each time the door was closed. I went off around 3 PM yesterday (4-28 ) and the door closed properly. When I got back at 8 PM, the door did not go all the way down (up about 12"-15" from the garage floor). I called your company immediately,told them the problem, and the lady said they'd be here today between 12-2 PM. Your representative, Van, arrived right around 2 PM, and he told me that there were LOTS of problems as to how the door had been installed, and he pointed out ALL of the mistakes. I was appalled!!!!! He said he needed a good hour to make the corrections. When he was finished, the door went down smoothly with hardly any noise, and areas where the light had shown through were now closed. He again pointed out all of the MANY things that were installed improperly and how he had fixed them. He's very knowledgeable, and I appreciate what he did for me today. I highly recommend him. I hope that I won't need any further repairs as this was a complete garage door replacement.
