They came out to troubleshoot garage door problem. They installed new Lift Master opener and nylon rollers. Cameron and Richard did a great job and were super nice. I would see your trucks and pass by your business on my way home from work. When I need garage door repairs I was able to talk to your GM Ross Helwig and he explained what repairs were needed. Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. I rate Precision Garage Door Service with 5 Stars. I appreciate the ease of setting up appointments, such as any time/any day. I damaged one remote, so I had it replaced, and I purchased one extra remote. He also performed the required service. The Service Man explained what I needed to know. I greatly appreciate the prompt and professional service. I have enjoyed this garage door for many years.

I have a new door that had started making a very loud annoying noise. Nicolas Rhodes was the technician who came to evaluate what was causing the noise. He explained to me what was causing the issue and what preventative measures I could use in the future. He took care of the root problem. I appreciate his professionalism.

I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. I was skeptical at first as the call was handled by a corporate call center. Amazingly I got an appointment for the next morning. Antonio and Jonathan called ahead and was right on time! After looking over what I had I was shown three options. I didn’t want to change doors as mines was ok so they gave me a rebuild estimate on the door and everything else was installed new. They went to work and soon I was as good as new and all less than 24 hours! I highly recommend Precision Doors! That is the best and quickest service by the most professional and courteous people I’ve encountered in a long time!

Service was good but because of a bad design on outside key pad I had to pay $49.95 service call and $89.95 for new designed key pad. Since precision installed a bad designed I should have been given a break on the $49.95 service call.

My garage door needed cables replaced as soon as possible in order to open/close. Precision came out and got the job repaired in a couple of hours. The Contractor was very nice and helpful, also he explained everything to me about the job he was doing. I was/am satisfied with the repairs.

Your prices are very expensive for the amount of time that was spent at the job. Only labor , with no new parts used. Repair guy was there less than 30 minutes and it cost $339.00 for labor, Really? Glad to see someone is making a killing but it wont be off me again. The most expensive car dealers don't charge a 1/3 of that for labor. And this was without any warranty. Will not recommend to anyone I know !
