Excellent communication and service. Although the repair could not be completed the same day, it was done quickly the day of service. Broken spring was replaced and covered by the warranty. Would and will definitely recommend Precision to perform garage door repairs.

Awesome service! The appointment was scheduled quickly to get my malfunctioning garage door opener checked. Then I thought the repair would have to be scheduled for another day, but it was done the same day. The technician Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Antonio was very professional. He gave me 4 options to fix my garage door opener. Since my old garage door opener was over 15 years old, I decided to get a new opener. We actually purchased a package that replaced springs, rollers, remotes, and gave us a keypad too. I initially made contact through the chatline at 10:00 pm! A real person on chatline got my info and set up appointment for the next morning. Richard Jones was our technician. He called about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. His work was performed quickly and neatly. He throughly checked out the equipment and made sure we understood maintenance and operation. He finished in the estimated amount of time. We are very pleased with the entire repair, replace and installation and would definitely recommend this company, and our technician too. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. Happily, I was able to get my car out of my garage within a few hours!

The technicians that came to repair my garage door were, first and foremost, punctual. They were both very friendly and courteous, they explained EXACTLY what the problems with the mechanism were and gave me options of the ways to fix it, that best fit my budget. When they were done, it was like "Batman" fixed it. There were NO signs that they had ever been there, other than a perfectly functioning garage door. Elisha Wigal and the trainee that came with him,whose name I can't recall right now, were professional and personable at the same time. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees like this...BRAVO !!!!
