Called Precision Door Service mid-morning and they had a Technician here at noon. The Tech name was Kirby and he did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem and potential options. Based on his expertise and recommendations, I decided to install a new Garage Door Opener. Kirby had the new Unit on his truck and quickly and efficiently installed the new Unit. He also took time to expertly explain the operation and functions of the new Opener. I appreciate his work and professionalism.

Door stuck open on my storage unit on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 pm. Called Precision after 5:00 pm and they had a technician on site by 6:00 pm. Kirby, the technician was thorough in determining the problem with my garage door. It ended up being a short circuit which he fixed. He explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. The door now works great with the remotes as well as the control panel.

Called the other guys and they said it would be 4 days before they would have a tech in my area. Precision got a tech there in just 2 hours!! And the tech they sent (Kirby Reeves) was nothing short of AMAZING. He was totally dedicated to getting my garage door set up correctly (after the other guys put the wrong springs on it and ignored several serious defects requiring immediate attention). I went with Precision's "Better" package to get upgraded parts and a lifetime warranty. My garage door now operates better than it did when it was brand new. Wish I could give them more than just 5 stars. THANKS KIRBY -- SUPER JOB. And give Piggy a hug for me.

My garage door (installed in 1994) broke on February 12, 2014, and I called Precision Door Service. The original crew that came out had not measured correctly and the door did not fit. They went to Pensacola and got one the same day-- they (two men--Chris and ?) finished the job before dark. Had to call them back to do some minor repair a few days later. These past 2 1/2 months since the installation, the door has been making VERY loud noises each time the door was closed. I went off around 3 PM yesterday (4-28 ) and the door closed properly. When I got back at 8 PM, the door did not go all the way down (up about 12"-15" from the garage floor). I called your company immediately,told them the problem, and the lady said they'd be here today between 12-2 PM. Your representative, Van, arrived right around 2 PM, and he told me that there were LOTS of problems as to how the door had been installed, and he pointed out ALL of the mistakes. I was appalled!!!!! He said he needed a good hour to make the corrections. When he was finished, the door went down smoothly with hardly any noise, and areas where the light had shown through were now closed. He again pointed out all of the MANY things that were installed improperly and how he had fixed them. He's very knowledgeable, and I appreciate what he did for me today. I highly recommend him. I hope that I won't need any further repairs as this was a complete garage door replacement.

Troubleshooting proved difficult on our door opener which was likely damaged by lightning. But, the technician found the issue and solved the problem. I was treated honestly and fairly and will call Precision again should the need arise.
