We highly recommend Precision for garage door service. This was our first experience with the company. Travis the technician arrived promptly, was knowledgable, helpful, & very professional. One of your competitors "dropped" your name and then suggested someone else. I googled your company and decided to try your service. From the start talking with your telephone dispatcher I knew something was very special about Precision. If I had any doubts all were immediately removed when I met Michael. Superb salesman and technition. I was blown away by his knowledge and him presenting your franchise to me. You are extremely lucky. I am 73 or I would have made him an offer to work with one of my companies. Michael is a rare find and an exception in our "Don't give a damn society." You have a CUSTOMER and a spoke person in me. Kinsman is the BEST of the BEST !!! I believe one would be hard pressed to find a more competent, polite and professional technician anywhere across all 90 Precision locations.Can't do better that a 10 on a 10 or A++. Need I say more? Best to you Kinsman,and it's young people like yourself that gives my wife and I faith in the future !!!

Troubleshooting proved difficult on our door opener which was likely damaged by lightning. But, the technician found the issue and solved the problem. I was treated honestly and fairly and will call Precision again should the need arise.

Five Star all the way! Scott was wonderful, and keeping to his other reviews of wanting to arrive early! Really, who ever hears of that? He was hardworking, explained several options to me, and fixed the problem with better skill than I had seen from others before (another company). The broken spring caused some damage to how it was hung, and he repaired all, including bolstering up the wall and making sure that it was "better than ever!" I loved it that my call was answered on a weekend, as I couldn't get my car out of the garage at all, and I was fine with the first morning appointment the next day. The operator was pleasant and apologized that she wasn't sure she could get me in Sunday afternoon! I told her I knew it was Father's Day and didn't want to mess up the techs holiday, I just wanted too know I was on sked with someone! She actually thanked me for being so considerate. (The other company didn't even call until the next morning, and I let them know a tech was already on his way..early! ) I would definitely recommend this company, and I will ask for Scott again, we are considering upgrading to a newer, quieter opener and he will be who we call! Thank you for a smooth process from start to finish!

Mike was awesome. Not only did he arrive when promised (after hours) but quickly found my problem. He had two struts on the truck, installed them, and now I have garage access again after three weeks of waiting on other providers. I am totally impressed with Precision!

OMG! What a difference. The whole concept of the spring system is astonishing. Less dangerous, and so efficient. Service was provided on the day that I contacted Precision -- and the service technician, Kinsman Knight, was polite, informative, and most helpful (we had to move a lot of junk around). What a pleasure! We are greatly satisfied.

We were impressed with this company starting about 6:30 am this morning when I was looking online for someone to repair a garage door. The website was impressive and eye-catching. When I saw live-chat, I said to myself " yeah, right.." and then someone immediately answered and offered to help. They collected all of our information and agreed to come when we could get home late this afternoon. They called before they came and showed up on time!!!! My husband is not easy to impress and I drove up from work at six pm... I said " where are the garage door people?" He said... they were great and very good at what they do. They were efficient and professional and did everything we needed them to do... and then we got an email thanking us and the bill in our email... we are amazed!! Customer service from this company can be compared to Chick fil A!!! AWESOME!!!

Prompt service-same afternoon in our case. The technician was a polite, well spoken young man who was very good at explaining the issues and alternatives for repair vs. replacement. We chose replacement since lightning had badly damaged our opener. He had the new unit up and working within two hours. He cleaned up his packaging and took away our old broken unit, explained everything, and offered to help program our vehicles to the new opener. We will use this company again when needed.

Bob came the same day as our call. He did a full inspection and discovered the problem, one of the safety eyes was damaged. He had the parts on the truck and fixed it right on the spot.
