Antonio came because of a service call i made. My working parts were all replaced less than a year ago. Garage door was making a loud popping noise when raised. Of course it did not make that noise while he was here. He replaced my remote battery as well. Two superb guys on your staff!

The first thing that stood out to me was your company was the first one to actually come to my house to measure and explain everything to me. Dylon and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. (I was able to track their journey to my house, which was helpful.) They listened to my problem (my car ‘button’ was wishy washy when it came to opening my garage door...). After trying the openers (remote and on the wall) they determined that the problem was with my car opener, not the opener itself. The good news: both hand held remotes work all the time, so I’ll keep one in my car until I can have my dealership look into the problem…and hopefully correct with an update! They were professional, personable, and precise! Lon and Matt!

I contacted Precision because I called another company and left a message yesterday and they never called back. I was impressed that someone actually answered the phone when I called and because I work all week…..I was especially glad that they were coming on Saturday to service my garage door opener. I was also impressed that I was sent a text message with the technician’s picture and background information. Antonio Gilchrist was my technician and he was absolutely a joy to meet. He was very professional and polite. I highly recommend Precision garage door service and if all their employees are half as good as Antonio then you have a successful business. I want to add that I was never asked to be sure and do a review and give high marks like most employees do. If I receive good service I will go out of my way to write a good review because customer service is important to me and very few companies these days have good employees that provide the customer service that I received from Precision. I am very happy that the other company did not call back which means I would not have received the prompt and professional service that I received today. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give thanks to a company and young man that truly deserve compliments and 5 star rating. My next project is gutter installation and I found out from Antonio that Precision has a division that installs gutters. I will feel good about calling on them when I am ready to install gutters!!
