The first thing that stood out to me was your company was the first one to actually come to my house to measure and explain everything to me. Billy was very polite and explained all the different options to me. This very helpful. If I decide to have your company to the work it will be because of Billy and how he handle his meeting with me. Dylon and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. (I was able to track their journey to my house, which was helpful.) They listened to my problem (my car ‘button’ was wishy washy when it came to opening my garage door...). After trying the openers (remote and on the wall) they determined that the problem was with my car opener, not the opener itself. The good news: both hand held remotes work all the time, so I’ll keep one in my car until I can have my dealership look into the problem…and hopefully correct with an update! They were professional, personable, and precise! Lon and Matt!

Technician Garett Sutherland arrived on time, immediately inspected the rollers and track, politely pointed out the problem, professionally wrote up options of service, and readily replaced metal rollers with ones made of nylon. What was a loud annoying metal-on-metal roar is now a soft pleasant purr. If I ever require your garage door service again, I shall request Garett. Thank you.

On January 21st we had an on-site estimate for 2 new wood garage doors. We were supposed to get an estimate the same day. We have called 3 times to get the estimate by email and have not gotten it. Have requested it sent to multiple email addresses. So apparently several weeks later they are so busy we can’t even get an estimate. Not impressed

Antonio came because of a service call i made. My working parts were all replaced less than a year ago. Garage door was making a loud popping noise when raised. Of course it did not make that noise while he was here. He replaced my remote battery as well. Two superb guys on your staff!
