Technician Garett Sutherland arrived on time, immediately inspected the rollers and track, politely pointed out the problem, professionally wrote up options of service, and readily replaced metal rollers with ones made of nylon. What was a loud annoying metal-on-metal roar is now a soft pleasant purr. If I ever require your garage door service again, I shall request Garett. Thank you.

On January 21st we had an on-site estimate for 2 new wood garage doors. We were supposed to get an estimate the same day. We have called 3 times to get the estimate by email and have not gotten it. Have requested it sent to multiple email addresses. So apparently several weeks later they are so busy we can’t even get an estimate. Not impressed

Precision door came on my call to Fairhope Alabama. Garrett was outstanding. Not only on time but he took every step he could to solve my problem. Courteous respectful. I just cannot say enough about Garrett in this company. Hire them! You won’t be sorry
