The technician could have told me something was broken and I wouldn't have known the difference but instead performed the service at no charge due to it being under a warranty I wasn't aware of. This shows the integrity and the reason for this company being a 5star business.

Very happy with the job John performed. I considered doing it myself, and John gave me the information I would have needed by answering all my questions. Realizing that, even though door springs installation isn't brain surgery, Lacking the experience I could have done more damage than repairs. John was very thorough, cleaned up the workspace, and made his time there quite productive.

This is the second time we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service since we have owned our home and can say we have been extremely satisfied with the service that was performed. My Service Tech was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He was professional and courteous. When asked if Precision Door Service offered a discount for Military Retirees, the Tech responded "absolutely, anything for our Veterans. He reduced my bill $49.00. Thank You for providing such a wonderful technician to repair my garage door. He also tuned and lubed my door which it now runs smoother than when purchased new. I would recommend your Company to anyone needing garage door service or installation and rate you at a 5+. Thank You.

Our garage door cable broke and when I called they offered to come out the same day! The men were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the repair they even performed some minor maintenance and notice another broken part we were not even aware of. Thank you so much!
