The representative was at my home within 30minutes and provides a proposal that would completely address our needs. Gave options and then final price. Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. Tommy and his helper were very nice. Tommy did a good job of describing everything that could be done. He is a true salesman. I was really knocked down by the price of the part I needed. They charged $149 for the same part I could have bought online for $16.95. Quite a markup. The maintenance they did to my door was very good

Shawn, your service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting our doors and ensuring they were in good shape. Then he found a connection issue on one of the doors and corrected that problem. Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Shawn's service and I will certainly call upon Precision Door Service for any future repair issues.
