He was efficient and knowledgeable about my situation and gave me other options to correct not only my requested problem but options to make my install from a previous company safer. The only problem, neither of us thought to reprogram the remote since disconnecting the wires during the opener remount affected remote operation.

They responded to call for garage door gasket same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and very professional. No work was completed because it will take 5 months to obtain a gasket for the garage door. Estimates were provided for future service and other products. I was not charged a service call fee, because they could not provide the service.

No high pressure sales pitches, just explaining what needed to be done and going over different options for repairs. Given some of the other issues with the door, I opted to go with replacement of the motor and controls, and the work was done quickly. Afterward everything was explained again in detail.
