We are new to the area so call passion and the person we talked to was so nice and could immediately accommodate our repair needs. The representative was at my home within 30minutes and provides a proposal that would completely address our needs. Gave options and then final price. Within 2 hours the two men had finished and made sure we understood operations of the new system What an improvement over the old door lift. Much smoother and quieter. We are glad we found precision garage door service. Would recommend to anyone.

Tommy and his helper were very nice. Tommy did a good job of describing everything that could be done. He is a true salesman. I was really knocked down by the price of the part I needed. They charged $149 for the same part I could have bought online for $16.95. Quite a markup. The maintenance they did to my door was very good

Shawn, your service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting our doors and ensuring they were in good shape. Then he found a connection issue on one of the doors and corrected that problem. Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Shawn's service and I will certainly call upon Precision Door Service for any future repair issues.

I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system. This place is A#1 over the other guy I had called, sometimes keeping things local, aren't always your best bet? I would recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends and anyone else on the Eastern Shore for their prompt, courteous, and above and beyond service to ensure you have, and maintain the best life of your current or new garage door system. Chris Brown came out and assessed the trouble with my old garage door opener very quickly, and I opted to purchase a new unit. An hour later, my new - and much quieter - opener was installed, with a new wall button and outdoor keypad. Chris explained the operation and ensured that all was well before he left.
