Shawn, your service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting our doors and ensuring they were in good shape. Then he found a connection issue on one of the doors and corrected that problem. Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I initially had called another service on the Eastern Shore. The guy who answered the phone acted as if I had interrupted his day, and wanted to schedule me for the afternoon of the next day? I then called Precision Door Service and was immediately scheduled by Miranda for 11 am the same day. In less than 20 minutes, I was called by Kirby Reeves the service technician who said he could be there in 20 minutes. Kirby arrived at about 9:30 am same day, handled my repair to the drive belt, and also offered additional recommendations and quotes that he thought I might need. He handled all the repairs quickly, and professionaly, and even spent time giving me a tutorial lesson on garage door maintenance to help prolong the life of my door and motor system.
