My Service Tech was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He was professional and courteous. When asked if Precision Door Service offered a discount for Military Retirees, the Tech responded "absolutely, anything for our Veterans. He reduced my bill $49.00. Thank You for providing such a wonderful technician to repair my garage door. He also tuned and lubed my door which it now runs smoother than when purchased new. I would recommend your Company to anyone needing garage door service or installation and rate you at a 5+. Thank You.

Our garage door cable broke and when I called they offered to come out the same day! The men were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the repair they even performed some minor maintenance and notice another broken part we were not even aware of. Thank you so much!

Very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise shown by the technicians replacing the center bearing and springs on our garage door. Once the center bearing and springs were replaced they lubricated and adjusted the rollers and the frame and made sure the door operated properly. Actually once they finished and operated the door one could tell a definite quietness of the operation of the door. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or serviced. We will definitely use them again.

Jason was so very nice and cordial and explained exactly what he needed to do to repair my door. He used "precision" and skill to repair it to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about him! The contractor who built my home recommended your company (Thank goodness). I cannot get the star button to respond, but I would give ya'll a 5++.

Mr. Boes and Mr. Able came at the appointed time and installed new garage panels in a timely manner. While they were here, the operator motor malfunctioned and we were able to come to an amicable solution. They did an excellent job with installing the panels and the new operator motor.
