Precision Door is an excellent company. Arrived on time! Their technician, Jacob Howard, is a professional and outstanding representative of the company. He gave a reasonable quote during the aftermath of "Hurricane Sally". Fortunately he was the tech that again arrived on time for the repair. Totally satisfied with the result. You advertise that you can repair ALL garage door openers. Obviously you can’t. $49.95 service only to be told that you can’t get the parts for mine. Upon further research, the part we need is available online thru “GENIE”. Thanks for nothing. ????

After a number of garage door issues, I contacted Precision about a quote for door replacement. Tommy Mitchell and his assistant Elisha responded. I explained my situation and let them know I had had service from precision in Pensacola to replace a spring then to adjust the door when a cable came off. I further explained that I would prefer to repair me current door rather than buy a new one. Tommy surveyed the door and determined that the springs were incorrect. He corrected several errors by replacing the springs and readjusted the door overall. The door works better now than it has in a very long time. All this was done at no cost to me because of previous mistakes in repair. Tommy Mitchell was absolutely courteous and professional. Elisha was also a fine young man. My thanks to both for there assistance and kindness. Looks as if I will not need a new door right now, but when I do, I will certainly purchase it from Precesion Door in Mobile. Thank you.

Scott, who installed my new garage door opener, was polite, hard-working, & efficient, but I wonder why you sent him without the means to give me a receipt and warranty for the product. Premier does workers and customers a disservice. This is the 3rd time I have not gotten a receipt or warranty. Your system needs a customer-friendly make-over. Scott was great!

Travis got my garage door back in service within 30 minutes of arrival and provided me with two options for repair and explained what he was doing during the repair. Prior to and post Travis visit the mobile call ahead, text from company with operator picture, and electronic email of invoice after are all signs of a top notch company to do business with. Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

I had a very sick door and a good friend told me to call Precision Door and I sure am glad I did. Jonathan was here right on time and did a great job giving me my options of what we needed to do to fix my door. After I decided what I wanted Jonathan went to work and now I have a almost new door. I can’t hardly hear it when it goes up or down. Tommy came yesterday and in no time had diagnosed a few current issues and advised of some things I might have to deal with a bit later.
