Absolutely the most outstanding service. From my call early this morning to completion if work, nothing but prompt and professional. Sam arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided thorough explanation if what needed to be done. He also provided warranty info that greatly helped with the repair cost. I will continue to use and recommend Precision because of the polite and expert service.

I am a retired Sears service man, so I know how to do repairers. But since retiring I have a problem with my one shoulder. So when the spring broke on our garage door, I did not attempt to fix it. Called for service & Isaiah came out the next day. He gave me a fair price and repaired it on the spot. I could tell, he was well trained and knew what he was doing. My wife & I are very satisfied.

Dylon and Sam came by o time. Received a text and phone call and email from company and Dylon saying Dylon was on the way and then Dylon called and said he was in the way with a picture of him and biography sketch. Amazing! And when they got here he told me the repair options and prices. Reset tension spring and replaced rollers and lubricated and aligned track. Done in less than one hour! Best of the best! 5 stars plus!! Would highly recommend! Thank you Dylon and Sam and Precision Door,!
