Precision Door was a great company to work with. They were able to send a technician out within hours of my call. The technician, Jacob, was great. He was polite and thorough in explaining my options. He completed the installation of the new garage door opener in a timely fashion. The same day service was great, I was leaving to go earlier, and my GD wouldn't close and I was off, and I had to get it fix that day, because I had to go back to work Tue. I had call other same day service, but they said not today, the next day, so I got on line and seen your add,and called, and the young lady say yes we can get to you today, and the young man very professional name Shawn came and check it out , and he knew what the problem was, and he fixed it very quick, I said yes, because I wasn't going to be able to sleep with my garage door open all night, the price was reasonable, and I didn't have to miss work the next day, Great job Shawn!!!!
