The technician was punctual, but...after he left, there was an issue discovered. I called the company and immediately got an appt for that same evening for a specific tweak that was needed. These techs were also punctual and in no time had corrected the issue. All were courteous no matter it being first thing in the am or the end of day pm. First visit was a 4 star. 2nd visit was a 5 star.

Had a great experience! I called with some questions about servicing my garage door. The operator was very nice, even though she did not know the specific answers to my questions. I had a call back from a manager and he was quick to answer my questions and send a tech out for a free estimate. The Tech, Travis was awesome! Polite and knowledgeable! After our good/better/best quote (which was so very helpful) we decided on the work and called to schedule Travis to come back to perform the work. He was on time and worked diligently to get the job done. We would definitely recommend Precision to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to use again based on this great experience. My appointment time was between 2 & 4 p.m. Travis called at 2:19 to let me know he was less than 20 minutes away from my home.
