Our experience with Precision was excellent. The technician was at our house just a few hours after we called. He (Michael) was very knowledgeable and professional. While I originally felt the quote was a little pricey, the lifetime warranty made it worthwhile. Our new opener is very quiet and functioning great.

I called precision at 5:45pm. The tech was at my front door in less than 30 minutes. Our tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions, but not overselling, and fixed our door in no time. He was very professional and courteous. I'm just amazed how quickly the entire process was. Great job!

5 star rating>>> I opted for a door "overhaul" which included 4 new springs, neoprene rollers and roller reinforcing brackets. The installation exceeded my expectations and the door now functions exceptionally better than before the overhaul. It is very quiet as compared to before the overhaul. I would highly recommend their service. Very professional.

Garage door spring and cables were broken. Could not get car out of garage. Called Precision and two techs were at my home within an hour. They worked for two hours and repaired everything. Great, prompt,courteous service. Five stars for this company.
