Great experience! Making a timely appointment was quick and simple. The technician Richard Jones was on time and respectful of my time, property, and budget. He presented quotes and explained everything very well. He was prepared and had everything in his truck to do the repair the same day. Repair looks fantastic and has solved the problem! Highly recommend!

I asked a friend to recommend a company to call to check on my garage door and was told to call Precision. “They will fix it right”, I was told. She gave good advice. The serviceman was prompt, polite and super helpful. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Precision Garage Door Service has always done a great job for us! They're quick to get you scheduled, show up on time, and the technicians have always been very professional. I called the office this afternoon, and my issue was fixed less than two hours later. Michael was our technician today, and he was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Thanks y'all!

I used Precision in my last house four years ago and was completely satisfied with the service and staff. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and Lawrence was there by 5pm. He diagnosed my problem and showed me my options. I made my decision and Blake came out the next morning and replaced everything but the door. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone at Precision! They were all so friendly and polite. The office staff was fantastic to contact me after I scheduled an appointment online and follow through with another call with an earlier time available. I cannot say enough good things about Precision, and I will never use anyone but them.

Overall positive experience with PDS. Technician (Michael B.) was knowledgeable and professional. I can't say PDS is the least expensive option since I did not get multiple quotes for the work performed (replace rollers and replace door bottom rubber seal and added trim around the door). But, PDS was able to book me an initial estimate appointment quickly once I made the initial contact and they did the work the 2 days after I agreed to the price. Company called me after the work to see if I was satisfied with their service. So all around a good experience.

Antonio Gilchrist is an outstanding professional. He completed the job with excellence. He wrote it up and talked to me about all options. He came back, with assistance, pulled down the damaged door down. I feel safe with that door securely pulled down. I appreciate his helpfulness and professionalism! Again, thank you Mr. Gilchrist.
