Our garage door broke on a Friday evening, we called several companies in Mobile and could not get a single one to come out and repair our garage. Our home and the contents in our garage would have been privy to the elements and to thieves had we not gotten it repaired that night. I was about to give up when I found Precision on line and called them. The customer service representative was very friendly and assured me that they would repair our garage within 4 hours or there would be no service charge, they even had coupons on line to help defray the cost of the repair. Even though it was considered an emergency repair there was no extra charge! She told me that the technician would call me soon and the repair would be done in 4 hours. The technician called after about an hour and then drove from Pensacola to Mobile to repair our garage. The technician was very informative and professional. He repaired the garage in less than an hour and helped us save money in the long run by presenting us with affordable options for our repair. I will definitely refer this company to our friends and family.

10 STAR SERVICE!!!! I recently had A LOT of work done to my garage door. They are THE BEST in the business!! Very professional. The picture of the technician they were sending was actually the guy that showed up, imagine that! He showed up in uniform, with a company truck that was easily recognizable. And get this He actually called and narrowed the time of arrival down before he came!!! Now I will agree they are not the cheapest you can find. But the cheapest doesn't offer same day service and transferable lifetime warranties. These guys know what they are doing; and they do it very well! I will be calling them again when I enclose my carport. Thanks Jason!

6 stars!! 5 is not enough! Bobby and Jason came to my rescue in an incredible time frame. Your female operator recognized my plight & knew they were heading back to P'cola after a service call in Semmes, so immediately called them to turn around & head to my aid. They arrive within 30 minutes just as they said they would. They assed the problem & immediately went to work. After reattaching the motor to my garage ceiling & reattaching chain mechanism over garage door, they informed me of condition of mother installed (poorly) in 2009. They would replace the worn out gears or replace motor. I choose for them to replace motor, which they did, again in a timely manner. They took time to show me (several times) how to open/ close garage door using remote, wall attachemet & outside garage door attachment. They did not leave until I felt comfortable with how to work the new system. They were GREAT, WONDERFUL! I will recommend Precision Door to all my friends! I was very pleased at the quick response I got when I called Precision for my "unresponsive" garage door. The repairman identified the problem, fixed it, and replaced the very old rollers. He was a most pleasant gentleman also. Precision definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.
