We had a really awesome experience with Precision. They were recommended by several friends in the Mobile area. Our Fix It man Chris was great. He fixed an issue with a broken spring and frayed wires. Knew what he was doing and explained everything he did. Not only the repair but the safety of garage doors in general. Within one and one-half hours after arrival, they diagnosed the problem, explained our options and installed new springs, rollers, motor, remotes and keypad. After installation, Dylon was very specific in his explanation of what was replaced and how everything worked. We WILL most definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors, family and friends.
