I had the spring break on one of my garage doors today. I contacted Precision Door at about 1:30. The tech arrived at my house at 3PM. The agreed upon time for my appointment was between 3 and 5PM It took Chris a little over 1 hour to replace the broken spring, rod and other parts. Chris did an excellent job.

We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.
