I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New ! Joe was very Cordial, a pleasure to talk to, and very Knowledgeable and Professional, leaving me with some good info and tips about how to properly maintain my Garage Door. I rate 5 plus Stars, would call Precision again, and would highly recommend !

Great service!!! I called Precision Door Saturday morning, few hours later I received a call from the technician and the next hour or so, Mr. Antônio Gilchrist from Precision Door started fixing my garage door. Mr. Gilchrist was very professional, showed me couple options and after that, he had everything fixed in no time. I recommend Precision Door for your garage door.

Travis and John installed the heavy duty and unbelievably quiet door. They took their time and did a quality installation. They were very thorough and took steps to ensure a sturdy and tidy installation. The door is much higher quality than other doors that I've owned and I've never had a garage door this quiet.
