The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

Jonathan Reeves was awesome. He came the same day and checked my broken garage door, did the estimate and I decided to buy and install a new door. So happy I did it. Today Jonathan Reeves and Emanuel Striveson came and installed. It looks very good, better than I expected. Is very silent and the outside key pad will be a life saver.

Awesome service from scheduling the appointment to the service call. I was able to schedule the appointment and have a service technician on scene within an hour. Scott provided me with several options and estimates well within my budget. Once I decided on my service option, he went right to work and had the repair completed well under the time estimate he provided. Plus the door is now whisper quiet. Great service and I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I think he did a great job and the opener performs perfectly. As a retired US Navy Master Chief and a retired Plant Manager, If I still worked I would hire him in a second. Justin Ables was our technician. He called while on his way and was on time. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He explained in detail what he needed to do to get our garage door back working. He gave us three choices and did not try and pressure us into the most expensive one (although that is the one we chose.) He answered our questions. He quickly got to work and had our garage door back working, just like new!

I had windows put in my garage door; very happy with job Precision Door Service did. Jason was my technician. Jason called to confirm he was on his way, got my idea of what I wanted. He did not try to sell me on anything, just paid attention to my concerns. He came on Monday, said he had to order window and it would be here Friday or Saturday. But this morning (next day) he called to say it had arrived and he could put it in today. Jason was very nice and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision door service after finding there ad in a Valpak I received in the mail. I talked to a very pleasant lady on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told the name of the serviceman that would be coming to the house (Jason sites) and also received an e-mail with a picture of him. Jason called about 10 min. before he arrived. When he arrived I told him the problem, 5 min. later he told me the safety sensors was bad, he replaced the sensors and in under 30 min. he was out the door and my garage door opener worked great. I now have a Precision door service label on the wall next to my door opener. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank You
