We had Dylan come out today to find the error in the garage door and why it would not open. What a friendly great personality. He had a helper with him who also was very polite and friendly. We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional. They promptly took care of everything. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The office was very prompt in setting up the appointment too.

Chris, the technician, was great. Gave me different options to fix my door. Replaced the springs and rollers and installed a new motor security bracket and keypad. Explained everything. Precision scheduled the service call, used efficient text notification when workman was en route to the property, called from the property with details and reasonable cost estimate, took payment and performed the work. Very simple and we did not have to be present.

I had to leave my wife to deal with the repair. When I came home I find that they have sold her two new complete door systems. Everything but new doors them self . A repair that should have been way less then $1000. ends up being almost $2000.00 I would think that if you really care about new and old business you wouldn't have made this big of up sale with just a women there. Will you to deal with this in your own way.

Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

This review is a few weeks old. I believe my technician was Tommy Mitchell. He was awesome. He explained everything in detail and explained my options. I spent more than I intended to but I am extremely pleased. Like my outdoor opener, the garage door is very quite whereas it was very loud, plus the other features. Extremely pleased! Tommy was awesome, professional, and exercised good covid 19 precautions, including distancing and disinfecting. Hope Tommy gets some good recognition from this review. He deserves it.
