We replaced an ancient garage door with a new one. We ordered a specialty paint finish and there are odd measurements due to the building’s age. The Precision Door crew was able to accommodate our structure. They remedied errors quickly and were very persistent about completing the installation. The new garage door looks lovely. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism. 5 Stars

Technician Kirby was on time and professional. He was thorough with his explanation of options in repairing the problem with the garage door. I was really impressed with the app sent to show a picture and name of the expected technician, his arrival time and a map showing his exact location as he was driving to my house.

The young gentleman that worked on my door was very cordial, helpful and very informative of what was needed and what he was going to do to fix my door. And unlike some appliance service reps. he had the parts on his truck to do the work right then!! (Which is an absolute plus). I hate I don't remember his name, but he is truly an individual that has knowledge of his job and does it very well!

We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.

Service was outstanding in every respect. We called and were given same day service, and the serviceman first called, and then arrived at the appointed time. Serviceman Shaun was OUTSTANDING ---explained everything he did, offered options without being pushy, and then did the work in a highly efficient manner. Polite, respectful, trustworthy.
