Bobby was the very professional gentleman who serviced my garage door. When Bobby arrived, my truck was stuck in my garage and I could not go anywhere. When Bobby left, I was able to freely leave my garage. I am seriously considering purchasing a new garage door. All because of the service I received from precision. Thank you!

I was very pleased at the quick response I got when I called Precision for my "unresponsive" garage door. The repairman identified the problem, fixed it, and replaced the very old rollers. He was a most pleasant gentleman also. Precision definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.

Happy to see a courteous after-hours service. Happy to see Bobby quite punctual with the appointment. Appreciated the professionalism and the organized manner of conducting his business (i.e. - tablet, business software, emailed appointment confirmation, service survey, excellent courtesy and appearance)
