Your company installed a new garage door opener on March 27, 2017. Within two months the remotes and wall unit stopped working properly. This past weekend the opener stopped working properly and your technicians came out last Tuesday June 20th made some adjustments and the door worked fine until this morning. I just placed a call requesting another service call this morning Thursday June 22nd. The opener is not working at all now. Been pleased with the attitude of the techs you sent, appreciate the quick response. very dissatisfied with the product. $500 is a lot of money for a product especially one that does not work properly work properly or at all less than three months after installation

You were recommended by a friend. Your technician arrived on time! As a older woman I especially like knowing you have uniforms and a well marked truck, even the photo of the technician on the text. He was pleasant and very professional explaining my problems and made several suggestions. I got a new motor and springs,etc. My heavy door is extremely quiet. Thank you for such good and quick response and service.
