I had a very sick door and a good friend told me to call Precision Door and I sure am glad I did. Jonathan was here right on time and did a great job giving me my options of what we needed to do to fix my door. After I decided what I wanted Jonathan went to work and now I have a almost new door. I can’t hardly hear it when it goes up or down. Jonathan is a outstanding representative of Precision Door and did a fantastic job, if I ever need you guys again I will ask for Jonathan to be the one to come and take care of my door. Your company installed a new garage door opener on March 27, 2017. Within two months the remotes and wall unit stopped working properly. This past weekend the opener stopped working properly and your technicians came out last Tuesday June 20th made some adjustments and the door worked fine until this morning. I just placed a call requesting another service call this morning Thursday June 22nd. The opener is not working at all now. Been pleased with the attitude of the techs you sent, appreciate the quick response. very dissatisfied with the product. $500 is a lot of money for a product especially one that does not work properly work properly or at all less than three months after installation
