The technician called before arrival, which was about 2 hours earlier than scheduled by central call center. He was patient and courteous. He diagnosed the problem rather quickly and offered a "band-aid" solution in case we did not want a new door. His option for the band-aid solution was a trial to see if it worked without charging. It did and we are happy.

You make taking care of our garage door a pleasure. From the quick response to a service call to the text with the info about the service tech coming to your home, Precision is all about customer service! Dylon and his trainee were friendly yet professional. Dylon did our major work a few years ago and remembered everything that was done before. He knew right away what to adjust. Turned out to be a small issue. If you have a garage door. Precision needs to be in your list of contacts if/when you need repairs or a new door! You will be happy with the results.

Johnathan was all around professional and friendly. He demonstrated vast industry knowledge and was able to quickly point out a mistake that was made by the original installers (was not Precision). Also, he was on time and worked hard till the broken spring on my garage door was replaced. Thanks again Johnathan! It sure is nice to have my garage door working again!

Nicolas was very prompt, the first part of my service time window. He was efficient and knowledgeable about my situation and gave me other options to correct not only my requested problem but options to make my install from a previous company safer. He was patient with me changing my mind twice! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The only problem, neither of us thought to reprogram the remote since disconnecting the wires during the opener remount affected remote operation.

They responded to call for garage door gasket same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and very professional. No work was completed because it will take 5 months to obtain a gasket for the garage door. Estimates were provided for future service and other products. I was not charged a service call fee, because they could not provide the service.

Door was jammed and would not open nor shut. Repair was success. Technician was knowledgeable. Door had never operated correctly from outset. Installed appx. 10mos. prior. I called some 6mos. ago for service , but was ignored. Had it been repaired then problem may not have occurred.
