Precision Door has helped so many of my clients as well as handled my personal homes. They are on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and they sell an amazing product. When you can barely hear the garage doors open and close, you will be stunned. Couldn't be happier with the techs and the product.

Joe’s service call was outstanding. Without my asking, Joe performed maintenance I wasn’t expecting (without charge), corrected several deficiencies in the garage door’s operation, and took his time to thoroughly explain and answer all my questions. Joe was a real ambassador for Precision Door. I plan to continue to use the company’s services in the future.

We used Precision 10 years ago when we had a problem. They were our first choice this time when our door needed repair. Our repair technician, Blake, was on time, courteous and went right to work. Repair was completed timely and exactly as the estimate outlined. We highly recommend their service.

Awesome service! I called on a Saturday morning (others were closed for the weekend) and the technician came within a few hours. He was a nice young man who fixed me right up. I bought a new remote and he fixed the old one so now I have a backup! If I need a new garage door opener (mine is probably 25 yrs old) I will definitely call them. The technician gave me a quote that was certainly affordable and of course better than the one I have. I had him put a sticker by my wall opener so I can easily call them.

Technician Richard was precisely on time, an expert in servicing our entire garage door system, and was a pleasure to talk to. (Note: This was an annual door system check & lubrication, and was not a good fit for the "service performed" options offered below).

Advertised that they could fix our garage door problem. The service technician did that. So no false advertising there. Also, the price was very competitive to other door garage door openers. The guarantee that comes with the new garage door is way better than came with garage door when we bought the house.

This company is great. Our garage door spring broke on a holiday. We called them and someone took our information and they came the next day to repair it. (We did not need it to open on the holiday and had a car in the drive.) Cody was great. He even looked up our record to see if the repair fell within our warranty. It did. We did not ask about this, he just offered. Garage opened great when he finished and is even quieter than before. We wouldn’t call anyone else!

We were very pleased with the work done by our technician, Samuel Blocker. He very polite and professional. He took the time to explain all the work he would be doing from the three quotes he provided, before we selected our quote. I would have Samuel do additional work at our home anytime it's needed.
