What made me choose you was seeing all of the 5 Star reviews! I alsothe technicians a 5 star review??Called first before the service call. Well informed, very knowledgeable, very clear in the choices presented to me. They came within 2 hours after I called them. I had left a voice message with another company, & have still not heard from them!! I HIGHLY recommend this company??????

MIxed review - the technician was great - the company and the interaction with my warranty company was a complete disaster. I will never allow this company to service any of my issues again. They reported an incorrect cause of failure to the warranty company which caused a denial, they then told me that they called the warranty company and resolved that situation and that the warranty company was going to pay them the claim $499 and they would reimburse me. I have wanted 6 weeks for this to be handled and on calling today Precision now claims they have no record of that situation (like I made up the call that I received) and the warranty company has closed the claim. Neither will do ANYTHING to make this right for me as a customer. Each says it's the others problem or my problem to deal with - amazing customer service.

Scheduled same-day appointment. Jonathan was very cordial and professional- he arrived earlier than expected and identified himself properly. He discussed every option available without pressuring my decision (although he advised me of personal liability). His work was efficient and thorough. Just a little shocked about the sticker price, but overall I can't complain.

I had my garage door repaired by Jonathan. He arrived on time with a call before arriving. He replaced two of the door panels quickly and professionally. He went beyond what the job entailed, answered all my question and was very polite. The cost of the job way cheaper then I expected. The technician could have told me something was broken and I wouldn't have known the difference but instead performed the service at no charge due to it being under a warranty I wasn't aware of. This shows the integrity and the reason for this company being a 5star business.

I looked up “Garage Door Repair” on Google and of all the hits I got, Precision Door Service ad best fit my needs. My 15 year old garage doors had come loose from the wall and would not open. I called Precision Door service at 9 AM and they had a service technician at my house at 12 noon. He came from Mobile, Al to my house which is about 60miles away. We assessed the problem and decided replacement of the doors would be the best option. He called the office in Mobile and they had the doors in stock and installed them the next day. Jonathan and Kirby did an outstanding and professional job. Thank you PDS

Each employee of Precision Door Service with whom I spoke was always pleasant, courteous and efficient. My existing, inoperable 35 year old garage door was replaced with a new one. As should always be expected from any such service business, the new garage door looks great and works perfectly. I gladly give it a 5 star rating. I was most impressed with this company's well-organized and business-like efficiency from the time of my first call to their completion of the job. They could give lessons in how a home service business should be run. .
