The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.

Was told on phone could do an insulation kit on garage door but would need to send a technician out to give quote, tried to sell me new doors, said I just wanted the quote for the insulation kit, he then told me the kit was not available, wasted my whole day waiting on appointment

Allred to ha e garage door service iced do to it would open all by itself at various times or the day. Tech came out and said he couldn't do anything because he didn't bring his device to reset the frequency on the door. I was charged a service fee for doing nothing.

On January 21st we had an on-site estimate for 2 new wood garage doors. We were supposed to get an estimate the same day. We have called 3 times to get the estimate by email and have not gotten it. Have requested it sent to multiple email addresses. So apparently several weeks later they are so busy we can’t even get an estimate. Not impressed

I had to leave my wife to deal with the repair. When I came home I find that they have sold her two new complete door systems. Everything but new doors them self . A repair that should have been way less then $1000. ends up being almost $2000.00 I would think that if you really care about new and old business you wouldn't have made this big of up sale with just a women there. Will you to deal with this in your own way.

Out technician arrived on time and did the job! The garage was repaired in no time. Having said that, after reviewing the invoice, I see charges that may be redundant. By Not seeing the invoice-it hindered my review of it and I believe some charges could have been avoided. Make sure you review the invoice clearly and seeing what's was done will save you money. 1 Star for value 4 Stars for services

You advertise that you can repair ALL garage door openers. Obviously you can’t. $49.95 service only to be told that you can’t get the parts for mine. Upon further research, the part we need is available online thru “GENIE”. Thanks for nothing. ????

Technician showed up this morning to perform the services that we ordered did not have the equipment to do the job had to leave the job would not given us a return date of when he would have the equipment to fix the problem

Due to the junction boxes for power being higher then expected it made it unsafe to reach with a ladder. Upon speaking with the customer he understood and was satisfied. Issue was reviewed with Emanual to call the office and move job to hold so that reviews like this could be alleviated. He was instructed by the office to close the job out but was later reviewed with the office that this was not protocol and will not happen again in the future. The fire chief did understand it was not safe to get to the junction box with a ladder and had no problem rescheduling.

Hello, Had one of your Technicians come out to Tell me I needed a whole new opener with a cost of $500+, had someone come out 10/24/17 & they fixed it for $80 by adjusting the limits!!! So I had to pay your Company $50 to tell me to spend $500+!!! Sad, SMH!!!! Thank You Tammy Moses

We apologize for being late to the appointment. We alot a 2 hour window for arrival and if we are not on site within 4 hours we waive the service free as we understand the inconvenience. After reviewing the project with the technician he pointed out the door was very worn and to take care of all the potential safety risks a complete replacement would be the best long term solution. Please feel free to reach out to the office and speak with a manager to resolve.

The technicians are very professional, timely and helpful. The product quality is very poor. The old garage door opener I replaced had worked well at my house for over ten years. I bought a new garage door opener from Precision and it lasted slightly over a year and had to be replaced but was not covered by warranty. I then paid for a new one that lasted less than 6 months before I had to pay several hundred dollars for repair. I was told the problem was moister. With the humidity in Mobile, AL there will be moisture accumulation in almost any garage.
