Your tech was very nice and competent. I really appreciated the text he sent prior to his arrival, I thought that was a nice touch, and gave me comfort with him even before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was there to give me a quote and not an install at that point. Unfortunately the quote was way out of my price range and more that I had thought it would, so I am going to have to resort to installing it myself. I appreciate him coming out and giving me the estimate. Thanks again for you trouble.

The technician was positive, energetic and ready for service! He wore a mask for safety. I explained to him what I needed/was looking for and he immediately informed me of my choices. From the moment the man who came to fix the garage door got out of his truck I felt we were in good hands. Quick as a flash, he pointed out things that had not been done properly. When I asked about replacing the whole thing to a new unit, he was quick and efficient to explain the new unit and what I wanted most was peace of mind and no more problems with the garage. He was very polite, courteous, cleaned up after himself. Explained all the features of the new unit. I highly appreciate what he did at my home today and can say that I would sincerely recommend you to anyone wanting the same peace of mind as myself.

I am writing this in advance of installation. The reason? Due to the timely response, the courtesy of my rep and his professional presentation of each aspect and recommended solution to the problem with my garage door. He left the final decision up to my wife and me to decide which way we wanted to go with this. He will be here Monday, and we have already telephoned him as he was driving home to advise. I am a retired banker ( former V. P. AmSouth Bank, N/A). My work ethic taught me to treat the customer who was paid the regular hourly wage to the customer who was a millionaire the same. Each was given the same consideration and the same courtesy regardless of the clothes they wore or how they spoke. Apparently I have now met a company who has that same work ethic that I thought had literally disappeared with my generation so long ago. Thank You, Ron Moore, Robertsdale, Alabama
