My first impression Sunday, a very professional lady who knew my home past door experience set repair appointment for Monday . Mr. Bill Johnston, repair tech arrived on time, started repair immediately. He had spring needed in truck. He replaced professionally, politely and quickly. He advised me of some previous damage on door and gave estimates for total door replacement. With his knowledge, skill, pleasantness and professionalism, I will definetely contact Precision Door for replacement. I was very pleased and happy with entire Precision Door experience.

We have used the company before. I called in today about 11:30 and received a same day appointment. My appointment was scheduled for the hours from 4pm to 6 pm. Jonathan the technician was early which was a pleasant surprise to me since the appointment was just made today. He resolved the problem in a short period of time and we can open and close our garage again.

My garage door was squeaking very bad from the torquemaster. I searched online for garage door repair for Mobile, AL and Precision Door Service was highly recommended. I called and schedule appointment and got service super fast. Good communication throughout! Jonathan Hyatt was my technician. He is very nice and friendly. He replaced the torquemaster with torsion springs within an hour!

I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.

Quick, thorough, great customer service, knowledgeable and overall effective. This was a great repair experience. Since most people try to take advantage of women I was very hesitant. I chose Precision from there ad in the yellow pages. I was impressed with their response time. can't say enough great thins about the technician that arrived. Antonio was clear on how to proceed, fixed the issue promptly was exceptionally pleasant and a credit to the company. I would give them the highest rating possible.
