We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional. They promptly took care of everything. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The office was very prompt in setting up the appointment too.

I rate Precision Garage Door Service with 5 Stars. I appreciate the ease of setting up appointments, such as any time/any day. I damaged one remote, so I had it replaced, and I purchased one extra remote. He also performed the required service. The Service Man explained what I needed to know. I greatly appreciate the prompt and professional service. I have enjoyed this garage door for many years.

Bobby called and told me he was running a little late, but said he would be here between and 8:45 and 9am which he was and that was in the middle of the window that had been given to me of 8-10. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took heim about 15 or 20 minutes and the problem was solve. He also explained a noise that I hear every once in a while and told me not to worry. Good work and very nice.

My garage door had popped off of the rail. Called the 800# and spoke with a live person and she was able to set up an appointment for early the next day. Received an email with the technician name, William Squires. Mr. William called the morning of and arrived on time. He was very professional, respectful and honest about my garage problem. Looking forward to having them to install a new garage door for me.

I had a garage door and opener installed. The communication with Precision was excellent start to finish. Technician William Squires arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional. He removed the old door and track and installed the new door and opener in a very timely manner. He took the time to describe in detail proper care of the door to ensure that it remains properly maintained and serviceable for years to come.
